Basket Pattern Vases

Since I began making pottery in the 70's I've been fascinated with pottery made by pueblo potters in New Mexico and Arizona. My folks began spending their summers in Taos, New Mexico in 1990, and my interest grew every year. Using patterned fabric and spraying colored porcelain slips I've explored wrapping geometric patterns around three-dimensional forms.
